*** Connecticut & *** Connecticut are looking for a team player to join our Sales team. As a Sales Marketing intern on this team, you will support the development multiplatform campaigns and strategies that drive advertising revenue for the stations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation and development of sales marketing materials including custom sales presentations, campaign recaps, performance highlights, one sheets. Light graphics work may include building display ads, flyers and contest graphics in Photoshop
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with sales team to develop creative solutions for advertisers
  • Generate ideas for advertisers that could lead to new sources of revenue - stay on top of current events, market trends, emerging business categories and competitive efforts to identify innovative revenue streams
  • Work with a cross-functional team to track and execute marketing initiatives. Work with the various departments responsible for deliverables: finance to purchase contesting prizes, web to launch online campaigns, creative services to produce, etc.
  • Assist in coordinating commercial production and lifestyle show workflows that include gathering elements from sales reps, scheduling projects, overseeing edits and attending shoots to get products on-air in a timely fashion
  • Help with the execution and build of social *** contesting and promotion: writing and confirming rules & regulations with legal, crafting copy and imagery for use on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, submitting production requests for creative, reconciling winners, and recapping campaign success
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in pre- and post-sales service. Monitor the delivery of cross-platform campaigns to ensure communication *** ween sales production and client is easy and effective to solidify renewal
  • Help coordinate marketing, event and community activities by tracking event dates, identifying resources necessary for events (marketing collateral, promotional giveaways, news coverage, volunteers), distributing tickets, ordering supplies and assisting in on-site execution as needed
  • Provide various administrative support on daily tasks.

What you'll do:

  • Handle and update our list of Sony key format contacts as well as out client contact spreadsheets.

The Program & Portfolio Analyst sits under the Portfolio & Program Strategy team which has end to end ownership of the planning, funding, portfolio, and program management of critical initiatives. This role will report to the Manager of Portfolio & Program Strategy.

This position is a Project Hire/Internal Assignment with an estimated end date of October 2025 and no guarantee of permanent placement. Benefits and perks such as medical insurance, 401k, park passes, etc. are offered.

What You Will Do

As a Program Portfolio Analyst, you will assist with driving a product centric portfolio, providing strategic roadmap of annual and long-term capital and expense plans. You will also focus on portfolio forecast planning, capacity planning, and prioritization. You will maintain reports and presentations for executive level communications and anticipate risks, impacts, and opportunities within the portfolio. This is a highly collaborative role where partnership with many technical and non-technical teams is essential. Additional responsibilities include:
